- 3 clovesGarlic, minced
- 1 gHoney
- 3 mlLemon juice
- 100 gCilantro, chopped
- 100 gParsley, chopped
- 50 gFresh herbs
- 12Spring roll wrappers
- 2Carrots, julienned
- 200 gCabbage, shredded
- 200 mlOil for frying
Instructions
Fill spring roll wrappers with vegetables and herbs. Seal edges with water. Fry in 160°C oil until golden. Make chermoula sauce: blend cilantro, parsley, garlic, lemon, honey, oil. Serve rolls with sauce.
