Oven-Baked Chermoula Fish Tagine with Preserved Lemon
Baked white fish fillets in chermoula herb marinade with preserved lemon. The quintessential Moroccan fish dish.

- 3 clovesGarlic, minced
- 3 mlOlive oil
- 1 tspPaprika
- 2 mlLemon juice
- 2 tbspPreserved lemon, chopped
- 1 tspCumin
- 100 gCilantro, chopped
- 100 gParsley, chopped
- 600 gWhite fish fillets
Instructions
Make chermoula: blend cilantro, parsley, garlic, preserved lemon, spices, oil, lemon juice. Coat fish in sauce. Bake at 190°C for 15-18 min until opaque. Serve with couscous or bread.
