- 2 wholeEggs
- 0.5 tspCumin
- 600 gPotatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1Onion, finely diced
- 50 gCilantro, chopped
- 50 gParsley, chopped
- 0.5 tspPepper
- 200 mlVegetable oil for frying
Instructions
Mix mashed potatoes with eggs, onion, herbs, spices. Form into balls or patties. Heat oil to 160°C. Fry until golden 3-4 min per side. Drain on paper towels. Serve with harissa or alongside tagine.
