- 900 gLamb shoulder, cubed
- 250 gPitted prunes
- 2Onions, sliced
- 1 tbspGinger, grated
- 500 mlBroth
- 3 tbspCilantro
Instructions
Brown lamb in oil. Add onions and garlic, cook until softened. Add spices, broth, honey, salt. Simmer covered for 1 hour. Add prunes, simmer 30 more minutes. Garnish with cilantro. Serve with couscous.
