- 3 tbspOlive oil
- 1 tspSalt
- 0.5 tspPaprika
- 300 mlTomato sauce
- 1Onion, diced
- 1 tspCumin
- 800 gSquid tubes
- 200 gCooked quinoa
- 200 gShrimp, chopped
Instructions
Mix quinoa, shrimp, onion, spices. Stuff squid tubes, secure with toothpicks. Sauté in oil with remaining onion and spices. Add tomato sauce. Simmer covered 20 min until squid tender. Serve hot.
