- 300 mlBroth
- 600 gGround lamb
- 800 gSweet potatoes
- 1Onion, diced
- 200 gPeas
- 2Carrots, diced
- 1 tbspRas El Hanout
Instructions
Brown lamb with onions and garlic. Add spices, broth, peas, carrots. Simmer 15 min. Roast sweet potatoes with garlic until tender. Mash with butter. Layer lamb filling in dish, top with mashed sweet potato. Bake at 180°C for 20 min until golden.
