- 4 clovesGarlic, minced
- 0.5 tspTurmeric
- 1 tspCinnamon
- 50 gButter
- 2Onions, sliced
- 1 tbspGinger, grated
- 800 mlBroth
- 2 tbspCilantro
- 800 gChicken thighs
- 300 gVermicelli pasta
Instructions
Brown chicken, set aside. Sauté onions, garlic, spices. Add broth, return chicken, simmer 20 min. Break vermicelli, add to pot with butter, simmer 10 min until tender. Garnish with cilantro.
