Seafood Chermoula Tagine

  • 4 pieceswhite fish fillets
  • 12 pieceslarge shrimp
  • 2bell peppers
  • 1 tbspfresh parsley
  • 1 tbspfresh cilantro
  • 2 tbsplemon juice
  • 4 wholegarlic cloves
  • 1 tbspground cumin

Instructions

  1. Blend herbs, garlic, cumin, and lemon into chermoula paste.

  2. Layer peppers and tomatoes in tagine; top with fish and shrimp coated in chermoula.

  3. Cover and steam 15–18 minutes until seafood is opaque.

  4. Serve directly from the tagine with lemon wedges.
