- 4 pieceswhite fish fillets
- 12 pieceslarge shrimp
- 2bell peppers
- 1 tbspfresh parsley
- 1 tbspfresh cilantro
- 2 tbsplemon juice
- 4 wholegarlic cloves
- 1 tbspground cumin
Instructions
Blend herbs, garlic, cumin, and lemon into chermoula paste.
Layer peppers and tomatoes in tagine; top with fish and shrimp coated in chermoula.
Cover and steam 15–18 minutes until seafood is opaque.
Serve directly from the tagine with lemon wedges.
