Kefta & Egg Tagine (Shakshuka)

Ingredients
Scaled from 4 base servings — local only.
- 2 mlOlive oil
- 1 tspSalt
- 4 wholeEggs
- 0.5 tspPaprika
- 300 mlTomato sauce
- 1 tspCumin
- 50 gCilantro, chopped
- 500 gGround kefta
- 1Onion, minced
Instructions
Mix kefta with onion, cilantro, spices. Form meatballs. Sauté in oil. Add tomato sauce, simmer 10 min. Create wells, crack eggs into sauce. Simmer until eggs set. Serve with bread.
