  • 500 gground lamb
  • 250 gground beef
  • 4eggs
  • 600 gcrushed tomatoes
  • 1 tbsppaprika
  • 1 tbspground cumin
  • 0.5 tbspfresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Mix ground meats with spices and form into small meatballs.

  2. Brown meatballs, add tomatoes and simmer 15 minutes.

  3. Create wells and crack eggs into sauce; cover until whites set.

  4. Garnish with parsley and serve with bread for dipping.
