Kefta Meatball Tagine
Spiced lamb meatballs simmered in a rich tomato sauce with eggs baked on top.

Scaled from 4 base servings — local only.
- 500 gground lamb
- 250 gground beef
- 4eggs
- 600 gcrushed tomatoes
- 1 tbsppaprika
- 1 tbspground cumin
- 0.5 tbspfresh parsley
Instructions
Mix ground meats with spices and form into small meatballs.
Brown meatballs, add tomatoes and simmer 15 minutes.
Create wells and crack eggs into sauce; cover until whites set.
Garnish with parsley and serve with bread for dipping.
