- 2 tspBaking powder
- 2 tbspHoney
- 100 gButter
- 100 gDried figs, chopped
- 300 gSemolina flour
- 200 mlYogurt
- 3 tbspTahini
Instructions
Mix flours, yogurt, baking powder, butter. Divide in 8 rounds. Combine figs, tahini, honey. Roll into dough, add filling, roll up. Cook in skillet 3-4 min per side. Serve warm.
