- 400 gAll-purpose flour
- 200 mlWarm water
- 1Onion, diced
- 50 gCilantro, chopped

- 300 gGround meat

Instructions
Mix flour, water, salt, half the oil. Knead smooth. Rest 30 min. Brown meat with onion and spices. Roll dough thin, add filling, fold into square. Pan-fry in oil until golden 4 min per side. Serve hot.
