- 50 gPowdered sugar
- 75 gButter, melted
- 2 tbspHoney
- 8Phyllo sheets
- 1 tbspRas El Hanout
- 200 gRoasted pistachios, chopped
- 2 tbspLemon zest
Instructions
Mix pistachios with Ras El Hanout, lemon zest, honey. Layer phyllo sheets with butter. Add pistachio filling, fold into triangles. Brush with butter. Bake at 190°C for 20 min until golden. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
