- 2 tbspOrange blossom water
- 200 tbspHoney
- 75 gButter
- 500 mlHeavy cream
- 1Baghrir pancakes (make 20-24)
- 100 gRoasted almonds
Instructions
Prepare baghrir (Moroccan crepe-like pancakes). Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar. Heat honey with butter and orange blossom water. Layer pancakes with cream, stack into a cake shape. Pour honey syrup over top and garnish with roasted almonds.
